Shipping & Returns
Delivery times are based on the day order is shipped. For instance, 2-day shipping, means two business days after the order is shipped, not two days from the date the order was placed.
Shipping prices are based on destination, weight and package size.
- Please note that once your order has been processed, no changes will be accepted.
- Multiple orders may be combined if possible during order processing.
- Order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee
- Damaged items may be replaced upon receipt of proof of damage. If a replacement is requested, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged item and the packaging as proof. We will replace the item if still in stock. If the item is no longer available, then we will issue you a refund for the cost of the damaged item.
- For the use of coupons, gifts, or similar promotions - only one promotion will be applied per order. We can not change the discount once used, so please take this into consideration when placing your order.
- Digital products are not refundable. Please refer to descriptions of each individual product for a brief overview of each item to determine if it a digital product or a physical product.
Please be extremely careful when entering your address for FedEx or UPS deliveries. Any correction in an address that FedEx or UPS has to make once the package has left us, may result in a charge of approximately $13.00 that will be applied to your card if you gave an incorrect address. If the mistake was ours, of course there is no additional charge to you and we will make it right.
Most of the year orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. The exception comes in peak season and when there is a great influx of newly arriving merchandise.
Occasionally, we may offer Priority Shipping as either a one-time additional product on your order or as part of a service that can be purchased for an additional fee. These priority orders will be moved to the front of our processing queue to ensure rapid processing of the order.
The amount charged for shipping on our site at the time of checkout only includes the actual shipping charge, getting it from us to you. You will be responsible for any additional charges in the form of Duties, Taxes, or other extra fees charged by the carrier or the country or destination.
Due to high shipping charges, if anything is wrong with your order, (e.g. product arrives broken or defective) we cannot reship any items. We can only provide a refund or store credit*
- We must be notified prior to returning the item.
- SALE items or special order items are not returnable
- Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products).
- Item must be in same condition that it was received in i.e. all tags and packing materials intact.
- Refunds are accepted and will be processed upon receipt of the undamaged, returned items. A 15% fee will be applied to refunded orders. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
- Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
- Refund will be made back to the original source of payment.
- Refunds on items that qualified for free shipping, will be reduced by the amount of our shipping cost.
